What's on your desktop?

Tagged by Freya a while ago.

Here's my desktop:

As you can see, I don't have a wallpaper since I am doing Remote Desktop from my lab pc. But my wallpaper is also an Andy Warhol very much like Freya's but just 2 columns. ehehe. Thanks to Freya for it by the way :) Nothing special in the icons displayed on my desktop. On the left side, almost all of the folders and icons are work related (skype, Divx, Yahoo Mail, etc. eheheh) then on the right side, my useless Recycle Bin which I don't use since every file I delete, I use shift+delete. ehehe There. I have nothing more to say to describe my desktop. No helpful or fancy applications, just plain old typical desktop.

Rules:

1. Upon receiving this tag, immediately perform a screen capture of your desktop. It is best that no icons be deleted before the screen capture so as to add to the element of fun.

2. Post the picture in your blog. You can also give a short explanation on the look of your desktop just below it if you want. You can explain why you preferred such look or why is it full of Icons, things like that

3. Tag five of your friends and ask them to give you a Free View of their desktop

Since everyone of my friends are already tagged and no one's reading this except them, this will end with me. harharhar

One Year

November na! I'm almost a year old working here in my current company... Just wanna reminisce on my first few days here. My first day, I was introduced to the Test Group and of course I wasn't able to recall all their names except for Almer, who was the one who "convinced" me to leave my old one, hahaha and Dennis. Why Dennis? Because he's our Lab Admin so I have to remember his name else I won't be able to ask for devices and materials needed for training. ehehe. And of course Oyette, my cube mate. I used to think of the name "Boyet" to remember her name. Nakakahiya naman kapag hindi ko kilala yung katabi ko di ba? First impression... I thought I'll have a hard time adjusting to their work attitude since I thought they are very serious with regards to work since most of the people here are older than me, and honestly I thought I'll be bored working here, but it turned out as the exact opposite! There was never a dull time in the laboratory whenever all of us are inside. We're just a group of friends having a good time while doing our jobs. Adjustments... Then I was bringing lunch to the office but since no one is bringing theirs, I was forced to buy my lunch each day. Buti na lang medyo kaya na ng budget ko. eheheh. Another is long lunch outs. I'm not used to going out for long lunch or just going out of the office. The only times I did that back then was to go to interviews. harharhar. What else? Hmmm... Friday gimiks, is it considered gimik or just inuman sessions? Dati, all I know was good clean fun but now gumigimik-gimik na. Naks, teenager na ko! hahaha But of course hanggang dun lang ako, I never go out with them if they go to hubad-hubad's. Hahaha. Wholesome pa din ako. O:-) Anyway, yun lang... I'm just glad I gained more friends and kept the ones from my old company. Do I want to gain more friends again? Hmmm... We'll see. :D
